My experience has always been fabulous. The staff are very thorough, professional, and don't try pressuring me to purchase products that I don't need or have unnecessary procedures performed. My Bubba-Clyde always leaves happy.
I absolutely love Rebecca. She has great bedside manner and she is not in the business for the money. We've always gotten top of the line care for half of what other vets charge.
This is the worst vets office I been to. The rooms are so small you can barely move much in them. They fill you with false hopes and dreams on your pet getting better. I honestly do not think they deserve a vet degree. We too our cat in which had inflamed gums and they gave it stitches but did not even offer or recommend a cone so he won't scratch it. When we took him back I went off and they told us that they didn't even think about it. They have no idea what they are doing there and if you really love your animals you should avoid this place like the plague.
We pass up lots of vets to see Dr Loftus, she and her team have always taken great care of Squeakers and Harry.
