I have personally used this company 3 times and have recommended them to many clients as well. Overall their customer service and job quality is excellent! They were very fast getting the jobs completed and cleaned up everything. I have never heard anything negative back from any of my clients! I highly recommend Highlander Companies!!!

I had my roof done by Highlander Companies, and it was fantastic. Clean job site, quick and efficient. Roof looks fantastic. Owner seemed very knowledgable about products and line of work. Thirty years of experience is obvious, I would DEFINITELY recommend Highlander Companies to anyone who wants a job done right.
Is there a rating lower than 1 star? Do these people care less about their reputation or their customers? Tough call. We called for an estimate on our roof and they promised to do it Wednesday or Thursday. Well, Thursday came and went. No call, no apology, no explanation. We call them on Friday and they schedule another estimate for the following WEDNESDAY. (I guess they were so apologetic, they wanted to rush right out A WEEK AFTER THE FIRST FOUL-UP) Meanwhile, we have five huge holes in our roof covered with WALMART bags. Anyway, Wednesday came and went again. No show AGAIN!!! No call, no apology.
