My mom and I went in there to look for a quilt for my grandmother. The lady was quite rude that we were looking for a quilt in a quilt shop... she said they had quilts in the closet but didn't offer to get them out. I had to be a bit more aggressive for her to offer to get them out of which she did. We asked her if that was the price or if they wanted to get rid of them since they were just sitting in a closet which she said that was it. The boss lady came over and made us a deal on one of which we were ecstatic about and purchased it. My grandmother in the nursing home will really like the quilt we bought thanks to the other lady who was very nice and helpful. Yes I understand quilt shops may not sell quilts but probably the most logical place to start when looking for one. Being standoffish is not a way to get people into the craft in the future. Anyway, overall nice shop and we accomplished our goal. I only posted this review so they would be aware that they could work on customer service and staffing.
