I have been a customer for ten years because they do excellent work at a good price. They offer honest and dependable service.
The people who own and operate Merritt's are very rude and nasty people. All I wanted to do was get my personal property out of the vehicle. They refuse to let me without a court order. The State police told them to let me have it and the owner still refuses. Therefore, the state police will no longer be using them to tow vehicles for them. Please avoid this shop at all costs. Consumers, BE WARE!!!! I would give them negative stars if I could!!! Never have I encountered such rude, hateful and nasty people.
Oil change (done on Saturday mornings) was extremely quick and easy; only $15 at regular price, too!
Best place for an oil change..only $16 on Saturdays...plus free coffee and donuts Saturday mornings too.
Couldn't fix my truck and gave up like they did not care.
